Backyard Consultation

To start the process we will need to schedule a backyard consulation with you. This visit will include...

• 25-45 minutes face-to-face discussion. This initial visit is very important, it will lay the ground work for our design process. Here you will tell us your budget requirements, design "imaginations", completion expectations and proposed start date.

• Photo & Measurements. Because we provide all of our clients with "True-to-Scale" 3D Renderings of thier project, we will take several photos from various angles of your project area. Afterwards we will begin taking perimeter measurements to associate with your design "imaginations".

• Information Verification. To ensure that our project moves smoothly, we will verify your contact information. Prepare to have your email address, contact phone#(s) and best time to reach all parties invovled with your project.

• Set follow up visit. Most of our projects take 7 days to begin. That's intial visit on day one... design approval by day 4-5... job approval by day 6-7. WWe like to set up a follow up visit by the 5th day. The visit is to go over 3D renderings, discuss materials for project and to answer any other questions that maybe preventing you from starting your project.
